I have over 14 years of dedicated experience in guiding individuals to a sense of physical and mental well-being through the practice of yoga. As a mother to three grown sons, I understand the intricate balance of nurturing both family and personal growth. Through my own life's challenges, I have benefited greatly from studying and practicing yoga as well as working with a yoga therapist. It is the foundation on which I support others in their pursuit of mental and physical strength and flexibility; self-awareness, compassion and healing.
I am committed to staying abreast with latest research and evidence-based wellness insights, as well as honoring the cultural roots and life-style philosophy that birthed yoga, insofar as it does not support oppression of any racial or cultural group.
With a special interest in yoga therapy for elderly clients, chair yoga, and later life transitions, I believe I bring a unique blend of expertise, empathy, humility and humor to my practice and interactions.
